My professional background encompasses over 30 years of legal and real estate experience in marketing, negotiating, selling, and exchanging (IRC Section 1031) property in California and Texas. Whether representing my clients as an attorney or a real estate broker, I have always adhered to the belief that success only comes from serving my clients best interests. The client has to come first. This way of doing business is why in both real estate and law, I maintained successful 100% referral practices. Always putting the client's needs first is the way I do business. I have now brought that expertise to Arizona.

No one tried to find out where they were coming from and what they really wanted. They were tired of being treated as just another commission. Sound familiar?

For Buyers...Throughout the process of identifying and buying your home, I won't waste your time with endless showings of homes that don't fit your needs. We'll only look at those homes that meet the specific needs you have shared with me.

For Sellers...If your dream is the SOLD sign, with strategic pricing, staging and marketing, I'll make the sale as stress free as possible.
 
I'll negotiate to get you the best contract possible and guide you through any potential pitfalls and problems that arise. I'll arm you with the latest market information so you can make informed decisions.
